AirPod Pro creates echoes for other parties when using on iPhone 11 Pro

I have yet to see an answer to this. At times, my AirPod Pro creates echoes for other parties when using on iPhone 11 Pro. I don't hear it. All software is up-to-date, it is not specific to any contacts, playing with noise cancellation does not affect it, only thing that solves it is taking them off and going to speaker phone. Later, randomly, it stops. This happens whether I am talking to an individual, going in through a conference call line, and/or if I have conferenced in multiple parties on my phone. Others appear to have had the same answer, I have not found a meaningful answer or solution.
