AirPod headset phone call challenges

Other party in a phone call complains they are having difficulty hearing me when I use AirPod Pros. Can hear me fine when I use iPhone mic and ear piece.

While using the AirPods Pro, try recording a voice recording and see how the mic sounds there. Also make sure that your devices are clean and fully charged. You can also try to forget them from your iPhone, reset them, then pair them again. How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro - Apple Support
