outlook notes not syncing with iphone

Hi,

i have not had problems before with outlook notes and syncing them to my iphone and ipad, but since IOS 14.1 update i have had some issue.

At first i was asked several times to login again with my outlook password both on Iphone and Ipad. It would not register my password but used microsoft authenticator and got it working.

However, somehow it seem to have lost the option of syncing notes. It is simply not there any longer and all my notes have disappeared. I still have them on outlook web though.

The only options i get now is mail, contacts, calendars, reminders.

I have an exchange account also and that one still has mail, contacts, calendars, reminders AND notes.

Anyone experienced this and more importantly know of a fix?

Hello Michael,

We know how important it is for Notes to sync as expected from your email to your iPhone, and you've come to a great place for help. Since noticing the Notes option missing have you signed out of, and back in to the email account to see if that would allow that option to appear? If not, we can recommended that step.

Use Notes on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

If the Notes option doesn't return it's recommended to contact the email provider for additional support. Sync settings differ by email, and email provider. Reaching out to them would ensure the best support from there.
