Hello, I pre-ordered the new Iphone 12 pro max few days ago and it says that it will be delivered at 24 Nov- 6 Dec, I’m really upset i have to wait that long I actually pre-ordered to get it very early, is there a chance i can get my order sooner than that? Please and thank you
If your order has reached the “Preparing to Ship” state, it’s too late to cancel.
If it’s still in “Processing Items”, you may cancel it and take your chances in the Store if speed is critical to you.
You're welcome. I've been at this rodeo many many times. If you want the latest and greatest the moment they are released to the public, you have to bee at your computer, at the ready the moment they open pre-orders.
The good news is you got your order in and even though you may not have your phone this weekend, you will be getting your phone and Apple usually gets orders out within the delivery window, but often at the early part of the delivery window.
You'll see your order stay in the Processing stage for quite some time. You'll know it's status is changing when you are told it is "Preparing to Ship." At that point, you'll actually be charged for the phone. Then when it has shipped, you'll receive notification with tracking information so you can track it.
It's never fun to wait, but the wait will be worth it ultimately.
We are just users like yourself. There's always a possibility that you could get it sooner. When new products go on sale they sell very fast. Apple will fill the orders as quick as possible. You will get a notification when it ships though along with a tracking number.
It will be in store 13/11 should I just cancel my order and go buy it there XD

That means you ordered after plenty of other folks ordered the same model and color.
Tbh, It’s my first time Pre-ordering an Iphone, I didn’t know I should be that early, If so I would have been the first one ordering it. Thank you anyways
The chances of any store having one on launch day you can just go buy is remote to none. They will have them on display. They are VERY unlikely to have ANY available you can just walk in and purchase. I ordered within seconds of pre-orders going live on the 6th and I'm getting my 12 Pro Max on the 13th. A guy in my office didn't order until that afternoon and his deliver window is somewhere closer to yours. You can go online and check your store's stock in the morning and if you see what you want, you can them schedule an appointment to shop with a specialist in-store. Apple doesn't just take walk-in customers in the age of Covid these days.
I feel your pain. When I ordered my 12Pro, I was there as soon as preordeing started, but took about 2 or 3 minutes thinking about which case to buy with it.
As a result my delivery was delayed by an additional week. I have it now though and it is amazing.
