My should I have to pay to synchronize MY music across all MY devices, All bought and paid for already

Apparently the only way I can psych all MY music, bought and paid for, across all MY devices, bought and paid for is to subscribe to either Apple Music or iTunes Match, when I am already paying for extra iCloud storage?

You can sync your devices over USB using iTunes or Music. You can transfer content between computers over a network or with copies on a USB drive. iCloud data storage is not used by your library. If you want the ability to have the same set of music and playlists available to multiple computers and devices, accessible from the cloud so they don't all need a complete set of the media stored locally, and want ratings, play counts, metadata changes, etc. to sync between them wirelessly, then you need to pay for one of the two subscription services as fits your needs.

When you close a subscription service you lose access to content stored in the cloud. DRM-free content may remain, but I wouldn't necessarily bank on, so you might as well sync over USB now than put in the effort with either of the subscriptions. iTunes Match is an annual service. Apple Music is monthly. The Music app on iPhone/iPad/iPod touch cannot read content stored in cloud services such as iCloud, OneDrive or Dropbox.
