Order Placed: November 6, 2020 and Cancellation Surprises! Although I paid for the order and deducted from my bank account through my credit card! Please inform me of the reason for canceling the order, although I am waiting to receive it within a week from now! Is there a way to return the order ... Thanks
this is just a user to user forum. we have no idea why your order would have gotten cancelled
when you place an order, a hold is placed on the credit card. it should show up as a pending transaction. It's not actually charged until they ship the order. so if they cancelled your order, give it a few days and it would likely disappear from the credit card transactions.
