Server identity / Captive portal pop up

I keep getting these pop ups about a server identity and captive portal. It happens only in a specific area near our home to 3 members of our household. We all have 3 different types of iPhones. It stops my LTE or 5G cellular data and turns into Wifi although i didn’t connect to anything myself. And when I go look it says Cable wifi. I have already selected to not connect to any unknown wifi and to ask me first. Has anybody come across this? How do you fix it ? I read another post about this but it wouldn’t let me ask anything or respond/reply. It made me make another post.

What happens when you click the "Details" on the error popup message (See the Pic below)

Best would be to Delete and Add the email account that is creating the issue.

You may also try changing SSL settings

Settings > Password & Accounts > [Select the Mail account} > [Tape on Account with the email ID} > Advanced > SSL Settings > [Disable]

Click <Account (in Blue)

Click on DONE (in Blue) when exiting in the previous screen
