I was getting a c0000022 code trying to install a new canon C3202 printer.

I went to the canon website & did a search on the printer. I manually downloaded the drivers & firmware updates, using the correct mac OS from the pulldown. After installing all updates (7 in all I think), my mac desktop was able to recognize the new canon device and I was then able to print and scan.
