videos not in icloud

That makes sense, if the battery is low, uploading to iCloud stops to conserve battery.

Also, usually, if the phone is idle and locked (sleep mode), connected to the internet with a good connection and has sufficient battery, uploading will resume!

Where (on what device) did you create the videos? On iPhone or a computer? What app did you use?

Is that device and/or app where the videos are saved, connected to iCloud?

Do you have enough storage space on iCloud?

Have the videos uploaded to iCloud? If you have switched the device off or have disconnected the device from the internet ... maybe the videos have not uploaded yet to iCloud!
