I'm trying to import wav-files from a Sd-card. The file is created in a midas m32r. How to do this?

With a card reader, you should be able to mount the SD card as a volume, which should be accessible in the Finder. Navigate into the folder with files and drag them into an empty Logic session. Logic will ask you, if you want new tracks for all those files and then you're in business. Enjoy the mixing!
