I'm unable to update my payment method on my apple id profile, it always gives me an error or invalid account details. I called my bank and everything is fine. I need help cause i'm afraid of losing my icloud storage plan and other subscriptions please!!

Ask your bank only one thing, i.e. if the Debit/Credit card which is issued to you is valid internationally.
Rest everything check at your end.
