Big sur

Why when I click on the install update button, Big sur gives me the message "an error Occurred during the update" No error codes or other information. I have A MacBook Pro 2020 and the update should install.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

Following Apple system status, the problem is solved, but still getting the same error message on my computer...

so how long? I have checked the status and said it was already resolved but 3 days later, i still cannot update my mac to big sur. when are you guys going to fix this?
