does anyone know how to detect if a new user is hacking into my macbook

We see that you have a concern about someone having access to your MacBook. We can certainly understand your concern, and we'd be happy to help.


Can you tell us what makes you think someone has access to your computer? Have you physically given someone else access to your Mac? If you've given someone else access to the Mac, you may want to change your password.


Change or reset the password of a macOS user account


Did you download new software? If you downloaded new software or installed an app that you're not sure of you can run Malwarebytes to check for any malware or adware.
