For anyone on a student visa with a very short or limited credit history in the USA, it is common for many banks to refuse to issue credit cards. Goldman Sachs can refuse anyone’s application and they don’t have to be very forthcoming as to why. But regardless of credit score, it may be in part the length of time and amount of data the credit score is based on, or the length of time you’ve been gainfully employed in the USA.
What for your letter and see if it offers a path forward with additional information you could provide to change their minds.
And have you checked your USA credit report to see if it has any outright errors? The credit bureaus don’t do anything in terms of verifying or correcting the information in your file unless alerted to do so by you. I once had multiple SSN’s assigned to one of my reports (I think it was Experian), and that simple and easily sanity checked bit of information had not raised any flags in their system until I contacted them about it. They simply don’t sanity or error check the data they have on you. It’s also why ever since, my reports are permanently frozen with all 4 bureaus.

They said like that....
Thank you for your interest in Apple Card. Goldman Sachs Bank USA has reviewed your application, and it was not approved at this time because:
so what should I do???
Apple does not make the decision whether or not to issue you an Apple Card. The bank backing the card, Goldman Sachs is the one that does that. If you were denied a card, you will receive a letter indicating the reason you were denied credit. That is a requirement.
You would need to contact Apple support by using the contact support link at the top of the page to ask them why you were declined. I would guess that they don’t consider an international student as being a lawful resident.
And that was the end of the notice? The bank makes those decisions, not Apple, like I said earlier. While you can contact Apple Support like kb1951 said, it probably won't get you anywhere. I'm not aware of Apple influencing a bank to issue a credit card. I'm sorry.
If you have applied several times and they could not verify your information, then that would be a good reason why you got declined. As noted, you may want to contact the bank for further clarification about this.
Now I connect the support service and they said ...
You will receive an email with personalized steps for your Path to Apple Card. Once you have completed those steps you will get an email to reapply.
Depending on what your letter says, remember every bureau owes you one complete, and completely free, report annually so you check it through the FTC’s free credit report site.
Goldman Sachs uses primarily TransUnion for the Apple Card credit check, but that doesn’t rule out them also looking at the other bureaus records, especially if your credit record history is not long.
Did you meet the requirements? Are you a US citizen? See here https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT209257#requiredinformation
I know about that. I’m an international student of Salisbury University and not an US citizen. But I have SSN and I also have a job on campus. So I think I’m a lawful resident in here.
Ok I noted. Thanks for your reply.
You will just have to wait and see what happens.
Thank you. Have a good night.
I think about my credit age because it have just 1 yr and 3 months. So I’m just waiting...
