How do I keep the ringing tone at the same volume when I have an incoming call ? Case the volume goes down to a softer volume after the second ring

That has to do with the iPhone recognizing that you are looking at the phone, so the volume reduces. Go to Settings>Face ID & Passcode. Check the setting for Attention Aware Features. If on, turn it off.
