Are you using iOS 14?
If so and you removed the app.. swipe left on your home screen until you get to the App Library. Pull down and you'll get an alphabetical list of your apps. Find Camera, tap/hold/drag and it'll pop back onto your home screen
Not sure which iOS version are you using on your iPhone 11 Pro so I will need to assume that you are using iOS 14.x If you are then you can get to the App Library which is the last screen when you keep scrolling left. Locate the Camera app in one of the folders. Then once located, you can drag that out of there and place it on one of your home screens.

You did not find the Camera app in the App Library? After you answer this question then:-
Go on your home screen and Pull Down on the screen from the middle and that will reveal SEARCH at the top. Type in the word CAMERA in there and see whether the Camera app shows up.
