iphone glitching

My iphone will be on facetime and I will get on pause and my phone will start glitching and hang up the call and sometimes I will lose service

Check your WiFi Router / Modem for --> Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points ...

Contact your carrier for the internet over cellular network.
