I just bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max but It's very large and I can't use it with one hand. Is it possible to return it and get the iPhone 12 Pro?
If you purchased it from Apple, you have 14 days to return it for a refund. Then you can get the phone you want.
You have not mentioned where you purchased the phone from.
From Apple USA, you can return the phone within 14 days for a full refund.
Then you can purchase the phone of your choice.
Check with your phone dealer what their return policy is and act accordingly!
