So I just got the new iPhone 12 today (from the Apple store) and I opened it and started using it (i.e. started setting it up, activated the SIM card, downloaded a couple apps etc.). But I'm starting to realize that it's a little too big for my hands, and I think I want the 12 mini instead. So am I able to return or exchange the regular 12 for the 12 mini after I've opened it and started using it?
you have 14 days to return the iPhone 12.. use the Get Support link at the top right of this page or contact the store you purchased the phone from.
