I can't find the other users in my MacBook

I can't find the other users in my MacBook in both the login menu and the quick user switch tab. But in the users and preferences settings, you can see that I have more than one user in this MacBook.

What precipitated the issue...is that other admin your old admin, did a new admin get created when you tried to upgrade your machine (?)

What happens if you log out of your current admin/user

>Log out

Your Guest user is not enabled so that leaves you just 'one' other.

You can enable guest user from >System Preferences>User & Groups

this is good if your mac is lost or stolen, allowing a guest to log in and get on line— in this way you can track it.
