wi-fi calling available messages

How do I stop "wi-fi calling" messages from appearing on my iPad, Desktop. Keep getting pop up message stating that "you can use you phone number to make and receive calls directly on this iPad using wi-fi". This also appears on my desktop Mac. I have shut off wi-fi calling on my phone. This messages just started to appear after I purchased an iPhone 12 and transferred all my data from my iPhone X.
