Make the menubar always visible when fullscreen?

I thought full screen hid the menu bar to maximise the screen so it’s not an option to enable it because then you don’t have full screen. The best you can do is maximise to have access to the menu bar.

You can try updating your Third party app— ask Developer for support.

On the Mac it is not option in Full screen to have the menu bar present—this defeats by definition "full screen."

You have >System Preferences>Dock & menu bar

you can hide the dock, then option click green dot, then it will be like full screen w/ menu bar... I guess
