Why my mac show pop-up message "MOBILEME_CREATE_UNAVAILABLE_MAC" if i try to sign in iCloud?

First, if you start up your Mac in safe mode, are you then able to sign in? Try the following steps to test:


Start your Mac in Safe Mode


From there, try our steps here for what you can do if you're having issues signing into iCloud:


If you can't connect or sign in to iCloud

We see you're having an issue with signing into iCloud on your Mac.


What model of Mac are you using, and what is the macOS version running in the Apple () menu > About This Mac?


Have you been able to successfully sign into your Apple ID in other areas of your Mac like in System Preferences > Internet Accounts and the App or iTunes Stores?
