Screen time password

I forgot my iPad screen time password. How can I recover or change the screen time password without restoring the iPad

If your iPad is running iOS 14 or later AND if you know the Apple ID & Password used to set up that passcode, use these instructions:--> If you forgot your Screen Time passcode – Apple Support
