Samsung ML-1865W printer with PPD file Driver

I have a Samsung ML-1865W printer, which was working with Catalina, using a PPD file. The manufacturer does not offer 64-bit drivers.

I downloaded the file at:

https://www.openprinting.org/printer/Samsung/Samsung-ML-1865W

I put the file in:

MacHD> Library> Printers> PPDs> Contents> Resources

(also a copy inside en.lproj)

Even so, when searching for the printer, its driver does not appear in the list, as it did in Catalina.

Does anyone have any idea where I'm going wrong?
