Are IPad Pros shipped from China to here in USA?

I have placed an order for IPad Pro last month. And I got mail stating it is shipped last week.. Still not received.. When I checked tracking, it is shipped from. China - Hongkong - USA..

I didn’t know that Apple shipping products directly to US consumers from China..

I would have NOT ordered it if I have known this earlier especially in pandemic times.

Anyone had similar experience
