Goodnotes 5 says it's family sharing eligible but not allowing me to share. I purchased on my iphone and now it requires me to purchase on my child's ipad again. This has never happened before with shareable apps

We understand you would like to share a previously purchased app with your child. Most apps from the App Store are shareable with Family Sharing but some are not. If the app is shareable, it could also have been accidentally hidden or sharing may have been disabled. Check out If you don't see your family's shared content.
