I have family sharing on both my daughter and my phone, but she can’t use my purchased app. The app it self is app sharing compatibility
Your daughter should click on her profile picture, which is in the top right, when in the App Store. Then navigate to purchased, select your name, and then she can see all the apps which you have purchased [and support family sharing], and download them.
