Error -1005 when getting an invitation to Family Share
Struggling with family sharing. My daughter (16) gets the invite but it can not be linked due to an error -1005. Any suggestions??

The invite the person option also doesn't work.... Message says she already has an invite. Can not this this so so difficult to get sorted.

If you haven't already try restarting the iPhone. This is a simple step that can often resolve unknown issues like this: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
We also recommend trying to accept the invitation on another network, using cellular data or a different Wi-Fi network. This helps to rule out any interference from the network that the iPhone is currently connected to.

Add a family member with an Apple ID
The organizer of the Family Sharing group can add a family member who has their own Apple ID.
1. Go to Settings > [your name] > Family Sharing, then tap the Add Member button in the upper-right corner.
2. Tap Invite Others, then follow the onscreen instructions.
You can send the invitation using AirDrop, Messages, or Mail. If you’re near the family member, you can also tap Invite in Person and ask the family member to enter their Apple ID and password on your device.
