External Monitor Resolution Refresh in Big Sur

I have just updated to Big Sur and and have a 40" Philips 4k monitor and haven't had many issues running it in 4k on Catalina with 60hz using a USB C to Display Port cable, or using a usb c dock with an HDMI cable at 3840x2160 resolution at 30hz.

After Big Sur it's identifying this monitor as a 6k monitor and I have just the scaling option of 3200x1800 at 30hz only. I lost the ability to run it natively at 4K resolution. And I am capped at 30hz across the board regardless of what interface I am using.

Any ideas of a solution?
