Music account blocked (multiple accounts)

My MacBook Pro recently got a new motherboard. Now Music won’t play the songs I bought under one of my accounts (I have two accounts).

Music says, "this computer is not authorized to play 'Song Title'." I authorize, and I get "This computer had previously been authorized, it has been re-authorized."

But trying to play the song just repeats this. Restarting Music doesn’t help.

Hi there blockard,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you replaced the motherboard in your Mac and now it will not authorize the Mac for one of your Apple IDs. Try deauthorizing the computer completely and then authorizing it again: Authorize or deauthorize your computer for iTunes Store purchases: Authorize or deauthorize your computer for iTunes Store purchases.

We hope this helps!
