iPhone 12 Max pro stuck at activate screen

Hello.

my iPhone max pro is stuck at the activation screen I took my Verizon phone to sprint and it’s asking for me to verify number and then asking for Verizon pin. I input pin and nothing... says error acct cannot be found with Verizon. I assume it’s because I switched to sprint... prior to setting up the new phone on my Verizon act how can I fix this? I spent hours with apple,sprint and Verizon and no one is giving answers or advice on what to do next
