IPhone 12, camera app crashing when taking a photo or switching to video, black screen

IPhone 12, camera app crashing when taking a photo or switching to video, black screen. Restarting of the IPhone helps but after some time problem comes back. It was like that on iOS 14.1 and still the same on 14.2. Someone has maybe similar problem?
