how to upgrade or install memory on this model of iMac (21.5-inch, 2017)

checked the official apple support website but the info there is showing different model with little button on top of PWS connector my iMac have not that !!

any sudgesting of good reliable memory card for this model so I don't see the rumba ball every time I try to open a folder

The RAM is not considered user upgradable. It is on the back of the logic board and to replace it, you have to remove the sealed display and logic board from the computer. So in addition to the RAM, you will also need a screen re-seal kit to DIY.
