Spilled water on macbook?

I have the latest Macbook Pro 13". I was drinking a distilled bottled water and it slipped and fell on my keyboard and I immediately wiped it with paper towels. The screen and keys are still working but the mousepad is super sensitive and the force touch isn't really working. I cut the power off and shut it down, then I laid the screen flat and so I have the keyboard hanging with a fan blowing cold air on it. I'm not sure what to do! Please help.
