Eligibility for education pricing for foreign countries

I'm planning on purchasing a Macbook Air from the education store. I'm a student working on a master's degree, but not in a school in the US, would I still be eligible for the education pricing?

That would depend on the country your education institution is in. The Education online store is country specific and will only ship within the country it is for and will only accept studends from educational institutions for the country it is for.

If Apple has an education store for the country you are studying in, and your education institution is part of the program then you may be able to get the discount.

Is your credit/debit card tied to a US address, or one in the Philippines?

If the email address is from an Education institution in the Philippines it won't validate in the U.S education store. So the payment method being from the U.S won't matter then unless the Philippines Education store allows American payment methods. Not sure if this is the case or not.
