so i keep getting these spam emails with a link, “bit.ly” every day and its annoying and i want them to stop. Im either being put into a group with 20 other people or just a regular message. its the same link every time with different emails.

From the screenshot you provided, it looks like you already have iMessage set to filter messages from people that aren't saved in your Contacts, which is a great step.
