low power notification is out of the screen

when my iphone's (SE 2020, iOS14.1) battery is %10, a low power notification screen pops up, but the downside is the notification screen is out of the phone's screen. Why this happens and how can I prevent this to happen besides keeping it above %10 battery.

PS: I know I should keep my charge above %20 but sometimes I can't.
