Billing problems

Please friends, anytime I want to download an App the feedback is always: " THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH A PREVIOUS PURCHASE " And the App am talking about is free. I can't do anything. It's so frustrating. I deleted the existing billing/payment information and used a different payment source and it's still not working. Please guys what else should I do. Thanks.

If you have followed the steps in this article If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store and still have an issue, we would recommend reaching out to Apple directly by checking out this link to Get Support and they will be more than happy to proceed with additional steps.
