I just got a new solo loop band with Apple Watch which is too big is there any thing I can do to get a replacement without paying for a new one?

Click on the "Contact Support" link in the upper right corner of this page and see if they can help you sort it out. It appears that the answer is inconsistent on whom you speak with. Some users have been able to exchange just the band and some have had to return the Watch and the Band
Yes that’s correct I have had to return my watch as well not just the band it seems to be if you bought from Apple on line you send the whole order back they never give me option to ask for a replacement it said in email I cancelled replacement I wasn’t offered one.so have to wait to be refunded then reorder,
but I did receive a free Apple band but not a solo loop one.
so my advice would be if ordering on line make sure you get correct size as it is a night mare getting through to Apple. at the present moment not sure if it has always been as never bought from Apple before.
