Relocate sound library not working on 10.6.0 with Big Sur

I noticed that relocating the sound library is not working in the latest update of LogicProX and BigSur... tried two different external disks... both APFS file system.

Also tried "full disk access" in Privacy under System Preferences...

Who else has this? What has worked to solve it?

No solution yet. Same problem. As this happened after both Big Sur and 10.6 installs, it is hard to know which one is the issue. I just did this on another Mac with Pro X and Catalina - works fine.

Error message:

"Error: Content relocation could not be completed"

Reformatted external drive. Uninstalled all Music Creation libraries and Logic, Mainstage, and GarageBand. Reinstalled Logic and Essentials - gave privacy permissions. Looks like a bug to me!
