Vietnamese Keyboard Issue: Lost words

Hi Apple,

We has a lost word issue with Vietnamese keyboard and it lasted for a long time with several the big macOS upgrades. Until the issue still happens and causes the bad experience for us. Could you please help to take a look at this and provide a fix? We're very appreciated! Please let us know if anythings we could do.
