Delivery delayed of my new ipad pro 2020

Why is my new ipad pro 2020 delivery delayed ...I have ordered an apple pencil with that which arrived within 2 days and the ipad pro is showing Shipment delayed...Covid is not always a reason.

(delivery window of Dec 2 to Dec 7)The pencil only took a couple day to process and ship while the ipad status is still processing. 11inch m1 ipad pro delivery I have ordered m1 ipad pro 11inch on 6th June, the package is not shipped yet. The estimated delivery date is 22june -29. Have anyone ordered this month and have received the delivery already.
