Animoji/Memoji not working after ios14 update

What can be done about Animoji? It was working fine under the previous ios system and ever since I updated my phone it says tap to resume. I’ve seen others with the same issue under the new update. I would really like a genuine answer please and not how to hard close a program or to restart my phone. Been there, done that...I use Animoji regularly and really need a valid answer.

When you say you would like a genuine answer, are you referring to an answer from Apple? If so, you will not get one here. This is a user to user support forum and Apple does not participate here.
