Unable to update my IPAD to 14.2

My 3rd Generation ipad pro won’t update to 14.2. Running 13.7. Update downloads, no issues with “verifying update” , screens goes blank, and after a few seconds, the iPad restarts having not updated. Any advice ?

iPad Pro 12.9-inch, 3rd Gen, Wi-Fi

Try these last steps, If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support and if they do not work, then you need to contact Apple Support. Get Support

thank you. Did all the above. Even reset / erased the ipad and restored it. Still no results
