The latest version of iPadOS is iPadOS 14.6. If this update doesn't appear in Settings > General > Software Update, try restarting your device or connecting to a different Wi-Fi network.
If these don't work, try updating your iPad using a Mac or a Windows 10 PC with iTunes.
