how can i ask for repair for the back cam of my iphone 7 plus out of warranty

my iphone 7 plus os out of its warranty and the back cam of it is shaking. how can i ask for reapair or how can i make some resolution for this. i already try some of the things that might help the cam to stop shakkng but still its not fixed ..
