Problem charging Iphone

I have a Iphone 6 last night I tried to charge my phone but the charger wouldn't go in. I tried different apple chargers and they all wouldn't go in they kept falling out. So watched a few youtube videos about cleaning the end of the Iphone with toothbrush so I got a toothbrush to clean the end of the Iphone. The charger goes in but I don't think that the charger is charging the Iphone but when I put the same charger into my ipad it charges the Ipad. I don't know what to do and it sometimes falls out. I get a black screen with the apple wire whenever I connect a charger to the Iphone. I don't what to do?
