I was charged by an app I didn’t mean to buy because of free trial

Why did the app charged me even tho I didn’t plan to buy it i really want a refund i needed the money and it charged me 599 pesos is so big for me i am from the Philippines please give me a refund this is what it says

Your payment of P599.00 to Apple services has been successfully processed on 11-16-20 02:33:29 AM. Ref. No. 172533127
