hi my os its high Sierra and I check software update but its not show any update Mac catlina/big sure my system version MacBook Air air (13 inch-2017)

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and download Catalina or Big Sur through the links provided. They're full-version upgrades and won't appear in the Updates list.
